Cincinnati’s Longest Ice Cream Sundae Building and Eating Party

Wrap up summer by helping to construct an ice cream sundae that’s 1.5 blocks long!

Come on Saturday, August 10 at 5:30 pm to enjoy more than 700 feet of ice cream, whipped cream, chocolate syrup, cherries and sprinkles that has been a year in the planning!  The ice cream build is set to begin right at 5:45 pm.

Fifth grader Jack Crego won Westwood United Methodist Church’s challenge to create a way to help members of the local community to meet each other and develop relationships.

The event is being funded by a mini grant inspired by the Discipleship Ministries of The United Methodist Church’s #SeeAllThePeople project, with other contributions from Kroger and Home Depot.

Construction supplies will be donated to Habitat for Humanity after the event.

You can help make Jack’s delicious dream a reality! Bring your family, friends and camera to make lasting memories and meet new friends.

The ice cream event and sampling is free and open to the public.

Clean-up and tear-down volunteers also welcome.  For more volunteer information, contact sarah@westwoodunitedmethodist.org

The event is being held during Westwood Second Saturday Splash block party, and we will build the ice cream sundae at 3460 Epworth Ave.
