City Gospel Mission Scheduled for December 3rd

Join our group of volunteers on Tuesday, December 3rd at 7:00 p.m.  We will eat with the residents and people from the community and provide/serve dessert for the group of about 100-120 people.  A carpool leaves the church parking lot at 6:15 p.m.

WUMC Hosting Interfaith Hospitality Network, Sept 29 – Oct 5

In two weeks our church will have several homeless families staying overnight for a week (September 29 – October 5).  This will be a challenging time due to the gym being closed.  Would you like to help in entertaining the children and making this a pleasant time for the families? We now have comfortable beds for people who stay overnight. We can use lots of help!

Dayton Mission Trip#1 Scheduled for July 23

Dayton Mission #1 will be Tuesday, July 23. We will meet at 8:15 a.m., leaving at 8:30 a.m. from the church parking lot and travel to our meeting site. Each of us will need to wear a Disaster Relief t-shirt supplied by the Miami Valley District. This identifies us as an affiliated volunteer group with the purpose of assisting with the recovery effort. Please pack your own lunch and water (we will take a cooler).
